Life’s a Beach in the Florida Keys
We took a break from the frigid Northwest Ohio winter with a long weekend getaway to Key Largo, FL. We snorkeled one afternoon in the coral reefs at John Pennekamp State Park. The park is home to the only living coral barrier reef in North America, and is also the third largest in the world. We went about five miles out for our underwater excursion. We also spent a couple of days walking the beach at Bahia Honda State Park. The photos here showcase my love of macro lens photography as well as some other beautiful beach photos. Thinking warm thoughts and hoping spring gets here soon!
